For a electrical service charge of ONLY $49.50 we will dispatch a service technician who will diagnose the problem needing service and conclude what repairs are necessary and how much the repairs will cost. With your authorization, our technician will perform the necessary repairs; otherwise you will only owe the initial service charge of $49.50. When you authorize for the work to be done during the initial service call, we will waive the service charge, and you will ONLY pay for the authorized repairs.

This pricing system gives you the benefit of having a proficient technician who will do the job right the first time. This pricing system is in contrast to time and material pricing systems where you suffer and the company is rewarded for having inexperienced or slow technicians. By removing the clock emphasis, our technicians don’t feel pressured to hurry, which might cause a mistake, but can take the time necessary to make sure the job is done right the first time.
